We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The products must be in brand-new, unworn, and unused condition, with the original packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials intact.
  • Footwear must be free from any marks, scuffs, or signs of wear.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with further instructions for the return process.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Dotynapo is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges
